If you work at a desk all day like so many of us do, remember to get up and move every 20 minutes. Some light stretching or even a short walk around your room/office will help your circulation, decrease stress, improve digestion and get ideas flowing. Set alarms on your cell phone to remind you!
A full 6-8 hours of sleep can reduce stress hormones, lower depression and improve your overall mood.
Only floss the teeth you want to keep.
Drink a full glass of water before eating. It not only is important to hydrate but will make it easier for you to consume less food at the table.
